Cancellation policy – in order not to be liable to pay for your transfer you need to cancel more than 24 hours prior to the transfer time on telephone 21775/51775 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be advised that if your flight is cancelled or delayed due to weather, any local ground transport costs will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Receipts for our business clients can be provided by the driver at point of payment or from the office, please just ask
Cruise ship Tours
At the time of booking your tour, full payment should be made. If your port call is cancelled, we will retain a small admin fee and the balance will be repaid to you. If your tour does not go ahead as a result of the minimum not being met your tour fee will be repaid in full.
